First stage of Wotton House renovation revealed by Principal Hayley Group

The first phase of a £6m refurbishment project on Wotton House near Dorking, Surrey transforming the property from conference centre to country house hotel has been completed.

The renovation has focused on the outdoor space with part of the 13 acre garden being used for an alfresco dining area and the bedrooms will be increased to 127 once the project is completed.

Marriot International will open its first hotel in Northern Ireland in 2018

Marriot have announced plans to open a 188 bedroom AC Hotel in Belfast featuring a restaurant, bar/lounge, fitness facilities and meeting rooms.

The site will have views of Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic and will be located near busy office spaces with the aim that it will become a sought after conference venue.

Andrew Brownsword Hotels to acquire The Imperial Hotel, Torquay

The Brownsword Hotel Group is in the process of acquiring the Imperial Hotel in Torquay and will be undertaking a sympathetic restoration of the iconic seaside hotel over the next two to five years.
