Our Culture

We may be one of the industry’s leading agencies, but at our heart we are still very much the family company that was founded by Simon Scott in 1990. This means that our principal value of caring both for our clients and and our team remains deeply ingrained in our promise of an all encompassing impartial and expert service.

Caring sits alongside teamwork, respect, integrity and quality as our five core “family” values that were the original vision for the business.

As the management of the agency has passed from Simon to his son Nick, these values are still the beating heart of the business. They are reflected in the length of relationships that we enjoy with many of our clients and the high proportion of long service members within our ever expanding team in Worcester.
