A record number of hotels in the QHotels group have been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence this year following positive reviews from guests on the travel website.
Eighteen hotels in the group received the title this year, three more than in 2016. The certificate helps guests to identify hotels that deliver a high standard of customer service and is only awarded to establishments that receive positive reviews and maintain at least four stars on TripAdvisor.
QHotel has 26 unique four-star hotels across the UK, each with its own individual character and team of welcoming staff. Guests can stay in a countryside retreat or at the heart of the city, with space enough at each hotel to accommodate a 250 – strong conference.
The 2017 record-breaking results demonstrate the hotel group’s commitment to continually raising and maintaining high standards at its UK wide hotels.
