The client is a leading electrical trade supplier with 230 branches, nationally.
It distributes a wide range of electrical products including lighting and circuit protection, wiring, industrial controls, safety kit, workwear and more.
They employ around 3000 people.
With a constant stream of vehicles and personnel crisscrossing the country, the client has complex travel and accommodation needs.
They also required logistical support for team meetings and events.
Feeling that their requirements were not fully addressed by their incumbent travel and accommodation supplier, they decided to retender.
They were seeking improved co-ordination of all their travel and accommodation bookings, more detailed and easier to access management information and more proactive account management.
Also, via an updated online tool, they wanted clearer financial budgeting and tracking.
