Monkey Island Estate, Berkshire

The Langley, Buckinghamshire
Set amidst acres of landscaped gardens on the former estate of the third Duke of Marlborough, The Langley will operate under the Marriott’s Luxury Collection brand.
Set to open in summer 2018, the 41-bedroom boutique hotel overlooks Hyde Park and is located within two Grade II listed buildings. Grand Central, Belfast
Northern Ireland’s largest hotel, Hastings Hotels’ £53m Grand Central hotel, is set to open in June 2018. Hastings Hotels purchased the property, formerly Windsor House, for £6.5m in May 2015 with plans to renovate it into a hotel.
The original Grand Central hotel was built in 1893 and was the thriving hub of Victorian Belfast. The new, modernised hotel will feature a restaurant, bistro, rooftop lounge, retail units and offices perfect for business meetings.
Fingal Royal Yacht Britannia, Edinburgh
A floating hotel is set to dock next to the formal royal yacht of Queen Elizabeth II in June. MV Fingal a 1964 lighthouse steam tender owned by Royal Yacht Britannia’s trading company, Royal Yacht Enterprises – is being transformed into a lavish 23-room pad with balconied cabins, duplex apartments and décor that mixes the art deco style of the Roaring Twenties with maritime heritage.
Visit Scotland is hoping that the quirky new addition will become the country’s ‘top attraction.’ Whatever your preferences, the floating hotel is sure to offer a truly unique experience.
The Edinburgh Grand
