Planning events, arranging travel and finding the best venues to host events can be difficult and costly, but our Account Management team are experts in the industry.
We have enjoyed the same Account Management team for the last twelve years with no staff turnover and we believe that placing a ‘no restrictions’ policy on the amount of time needed to manage accounts allows our workforce to achieve a high level of service across the board.
Your dedicated Account Manager will take the time to really get to know you and your needs. They are also responsible for hosting regular review meetings to ensure we review service levels, KPI’s, budgets, objectives and new products. They are also responsible for the production and interpretation of data to highlight where further cost savings can be made.

Your Account Manager is on hand to talk you through every step of the process and ensure your business travel needs are met. They work closely with procurement and stakeholders to ensure that the contract, as agreed by you, is managed efficiently and within budget.
Their assistance extends to addressing any customer service issues that you may experience with any hotels or travel providers, organising ‘Meet the Booker’ evenings to allow clients the chance to offer feedback and meet the team, quarterly review meetings to monitor KPI’s and the adoption of online tool usage.
Our approachable team will work alongside you and your organisation at procurement, finance and booker level to provide a level of service that not only meets, but exceeds your expectations.
