Our team of industry experts
Our booking team consist of a wide mix of ages and abilities, with industry experience exceeding ten years in all departments. We are proud to be one of the largest privately owned business travel agencies in the UK.
A range of booking methods
Whilst we continue to invest in the latest technology to ensure we meet the needs of our customers who prefer to be ‘online’, we are still heavily committed to achieving our goal of exceeding customer expectations regardless of contact method.
In fact, no matter which method is used when making a booking, all information will be managed by the same team of account managers and consultants. We care how you get there, so if you prefer to pick up the phone and speak to someone about your travel needs, we are always happy to help.
Going the extra mile
Our office is open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. These extended opening hours are offered to allow for direct agent assistance over key hotel check-in and check-out times. Outside of these hours we have an out of hour’s service available via the same contact number. Your travellers can be confident in the fact that someone is always at the end of the phone should they need support.
Our out of hours team are equipped to deal with emergencies and they have full access to arrangeMY’s systems – so changing an existing booking is quick and easy. They can also process new requests, so if you are suddenly in need of a last minute booking, you simply call our main number and your call will be seamlessly transferred.
A link to supply feedback is sent with every email confirmation. We take customer comments very seriously and regularly review our internal processes and training course content to ensure we are one step ahead of demand.
