Traveller safety is paramount

In a climate of uncertainty, the political, economic and security aspects of travelling to certain countries has to be monitored closely. Like all travel companies, we take heed of the advice from the Foreign Office regarding no-fly zones and areas posing significant safety risks for travellers.

Our systems provide up-to-date monitoring and reporting on severe weather, government and embassy warnings, travel advice, country statistics, World Health Organisation Vaccination lists, crime reports, EU Airline blacklists and airline security scoring, amongst others.

Assistance anytime, anywhere

Although it’s rare, sometimes there are unexpected and last minute changes to travel arrangements. Severe weather conditions, mislaying passports or losing luggage can cause mayhem when travelling abroad, but here at arrangeMY we have the services in place to ensure that bad situations can be turned around quickly and with little impact on your travel plans.

Our main office offline assistance is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, put in place especially to accommodate for direct agent assistance when checking in and out of hotels. In addition, we operate an out of hour’s service via the same office contact number that runs 365 days of the year.

Our out of hours assistance is operated by allseven24, the leading worldwide provider of 24/7 emergency travel solutions, who’s UK based agents have full access to our systems and existing travel reservations. In the event of emergencies, the fully trained team can assist and contact our Senior Management team if required.

It is our job to make your travel arrangements as easy and stress free as possible, so if you have any issues during your trips, we aim to resolve them as soon as possible. Thanks to our comprehensive travel monitoring system, any potential risks can be mitigated prior to travelling, but if emergencies should arise you can rest assured that we will deal with the issues with efficiency and professionalism.
